Hi, A bit of a strange one, can anyone give me some help here, is there somewhere in Bangkok that sells Genuine Golf shoes/Equipment, and will it be cheaper than UK.

Theres a sale on golf shoes at central world right now!!! Not a big selection but 50% off!!!!.

You can find golf shoes and equipment in all the major malls.

Not sure about the UK but golf equipment here is ALOT more expensive then Canada. My Mizunos which cost C$700 back home retails for 2x that in BKK.

Golf in Thailand is the reserve of the well to do and tourist so it is expensive.

There are a dozen golf shops in Thaniys Plaza, connected by walkway to Saladaeng skytrain station.

some erroneous advice above - you can pay a lot for golf shoes if you shop unwisely. but generally they are much cheaper than in the uk if you look around - i got a pair of footjoys for b1200 and a pair of hitecs for b750 in the last couple of years, and if you just want moulded rubber soles large tescos sometimes have them for b300.

the big sports outlets like i think sportworld always have some discounted golf shoes - benerally around b1500. thaniya plaza is the best bet though - sala daeng skytrain, and you can follow the signs for thaniya plaza, but be sure to go down to the ground floor, exit by the irish named sandwich bar and it%26#39;s 50 yards up the soi on the left. alternatively on silom road find o reilly%26#39;s irish pub, pop in for a quick drink and bite to eat (really good food), then walk up the soi at the side of o reillys and it%26#39;s 100 yards on your left. wander round and look patiently and you%26#39;ll find a good deal soewhere - a really interesting shop on the first floor sells their own gaudy leather shoes

We shopped around in BKK and Chiang Mai for Golf shoes and other golf gear and found for the most part it was as expensive or more so than in Canada. Also, you always have to wonder if it%26#39;s authentic or copy.
