Bophut beach/Fisherman's Village (indian restaurant)?

I did find out, that there are some nice restaurants in Fisherman%26#39;s Village. And there should be one indian restaurant in Bophut area.

But I can%26#39;t find the name of the indian restaurant, or where it is located (is it in the FIsherman%26#39;s Village)? Anyone knows the indian restaurant in Bophut area?

You enter Fisherman%26#39;s Village on a T junction. Most restaurants are to the left. There is an Indian Restaurant about second on the right. They are well intentioned but it is a bit lacking in atmosphere........

Thank you FleetCat for the reply :)

Do you know/remember the indian restauran%26#39;s prices?

Did you like their food?

this is of no help at all really because I don%26#39;t recall what the restaurant was called, but my husband said they made the best peshwari naan EVER!!

I think it is called the Koh i Noor. It is not expensive - can%26#39;t remember specifics but you won%26#39;t be frightened. Wasn%26#39;t too excited by the food but it seems quite popular. Honestly though it is nothing special - there are lots of nicer places in Fisherman%26#39;s Village.

There is a good Indian almost on the corner near the main pier,as you drive/walk in to the village turn left and its on the right. I found the food to be very good! One night we had the set menue with 1 meat ,1 vegetable curry ,mixed bahgi(sp) rice and 3 different types of naan bread and 2 beers included and it was possibly the cheapest I have had in Thailand.

the next time we had a%26#39;lacart which was almost as cheap and very tasty.

I am sure we see another close by that sold Thai food as well, but stuck to the one that sold only Indian food.

Sorry i meant turn ';Right'; as you get to the village main road and its on your right.

Guys, the nice Indian in a village is called Tandoori Taj, it%26#39;s on the main strip with all the restaurants, it%26#39;s nearly the last one in a row, it%26#39;s after Italian Villa Bianka. If you stand in front of the pier -turn left and walk about 3 min, pass all the restaurants until you come to the restaurant /steak house Shack - Indian is exactly opposite on the beachside.
