Nice Quiet but also Cheap Hostel in Bangkok?

Hi all,

I%26#39;m looking for a nice hostel in Bangkok - any recommendations???

I heard that there are quite a few hostels on Khao Sarn road but this can be a bit noisey. Are there any other ones which are also in a good location???

That is correct when I was in Bangkork I stay in Soi Sribumphen off Soi Ngam Du Phli, off Rama 4 Road near Lumpini Tower. Cheap gusthouses

How cheap do you want? These places are really nice. No bugs, clean and central. All are in different areas. All are cental. You can get around easy from any of these places using the BTS.

There is Suk 11 Guest house/Hostel 650 Baht in Sukhumvit near Nana BTS. www.suk11.com

There is Borarn Guest house 850 Baht in Pratunum at the end of the soi opposite Indra Regent Hotel.

There is Om Yim Lodge 990 Baht in Silom located beside Chong Nonsi BTS. This is the next station after Saladaeng BTS.

All of these places can be booked online. Google them and see what you think. Also google reviews for each of them.

Those are actually an alternative to Khao San. It%26#39;s easier to get around from these areas if you are new.

There are many in the area you want ...but it%26#39;s a little trickier getting around if you%26#39;re new as you have to use a boat taxi to and from (which can be a little tricky at night.... (Thai rush hour 7 P.M. to 9 P.M.)
