Nok Air are very reliable. Transfer by taxi is the fastest option. The route is quite direct and on expressway/main highway, but in the evening from about 5pm-7pm the expressway gets very jammed, so the time involved depends on the time of day. During the day the ride should be about 30-40 minutes.
