Did anyone go to Pattaya in August 2008 - if so, truthfully what was the weather like

yes third time now went 16 aug to 28 and the weather was great a few showers during the day but nothing major ive been quite surprised that the waether in august has been good, ive seen more rain back end of april and may to be honest .But is just luck with it being rainy season.So be prepared ir you go august pot luck

I%26#39;ve been here in august for the past fifteen years and it%26#39;s generally pretty much the same, some sunshine, some cloud, the odd cloudy day and a bit of rain on a few evenigs. If you want picture perfect blue sky all the time you won%26#39;t get it all the time, neither will it rain every day - but it%26#39;s stil hot and if you%26#39;re out in the day you still need suntan lotion to stop yourself getting badly burned. All that changes is the amount of rain - some years in Pattaya almost none at all. other years some torrential downpours for a few hours.
