Lebua at State Tower

Hey,

I will be staying at Lebua as part of my honeymoon in November (first part in Khao Lak). Although the reviews on here generally seem to be really good it is never mentioned on the forum or as one of the good hotels to visit. Is this because people mainly go there to visit just the Sky Bar or Sirocco and don%26#39;t tend to stay at the hotel?

yes, seems the restaurant is the highlight but the hotel in general is great.

It%26#39;s a great place to stay in a vibrant area, and close enough for an easy stroll to the BTS.

we have stayed at the labua and really liked it! the hotel is a set of suites on the top floors.. so is exclusive, but not particularly different from any other 5 star hotel. the rooms are nice and luxurious again but nothing outstanding. what IS outstanding though is the view!! you will not see anything like this except out of an airplane window :))

Just for that - it%26#39;s a great honeymoon hotel. The restaurants (and skybar) are also very very very nice, and while we didnt visit the pool/spa, we read somewhere it was perfect. the location is great.. 5 minutes walk to the ferry and sky train.

all in all - you will not regret your choice. oh! but dont forget to mention to your hotels that you are making a honeymoon trip - they%26#39;ll be sure to do something a bit extra nice for you :)
