Tailors in Phuket - Semi Formal Dress

I have read all the info on tailors that make suits, shirts, pants etc but have seen no info on semi formal dresses. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I was thinking of buying the material over here and taking a picture with me of what i want. Got a couple of weddings coming up over summer and thought it would be good to have a nice dress made.

Hi there, My neice recently had her Year 12 formal dress made in Phuket. It was copied from a picture (the dress was in a Victorias Secret show) and made in satin and chiffon, the cost was $140 and the dress is beautiful and a perfect fit.

It was made by Rich Mond Fashions they are opposite the Patong Bay Shore Hotel on Rat-u-Thit Road.

Met a lady named Lizzie in the 7-11 store one night last week. I think she maybe Canadian but said she was from Perth.Lizzie has been over there 4 4yrs doing Sunami relief and works at a place named Hollywood Tailors on the Northern end of Thaweewong Rd just past the Sailor Bar (rghthnd sd).We had no need this time around to use a Tailor. If she is not there ask when she will be or give a time and she will meet you. At least you will be able to communicate easily and supposely give you good price.

Keysy, the fabric was from the tailors and included in that price.
