I%26#39;d get a flight from Bangkok to Phuket, travel by road (taxi around 2500 baht) to Krabi and then flight from Krabi back to Bangkok.

How long will it take by taxie??/

Taxi about 2500 baht or shared minivan about 300 baht.

Trip takes about 2.5 - 3 hrs and is quite scenic.

I would also fly Bangkok to Phuket with road travel to Krabi 2.5 hours should be about 2500baht to 3000. There are many drivers if you do a search who would take you. There are some drivers on www.cathyandgarystravelpages.com who are recomended. I would then fly Krabi to Bangkok.

I did the road trip betwwen Phuket and Krabi recently with my family and used a very good driver who collected us at Phuket Airport and delivered us to our hotel in Krabi. He is Chay and his email address is chaypatong@hotmail.com . I can very much recommend him and he will not rip you off.
