Has anyone been to the Cherng Talay Markets near the Police Station?

Are they worth a visit?

Cherng Talay Market

A market is a market is a market - the Cherng Talay market is pretty much like all the others.

There are actually TWO market in Cherng Talay - one across from the police station on Wednesdays and Sundays and another a bit down down the soi that goes west from the TESCO-LOTUS on the south side of town - on Mondays and Thursdays.

I like the Mon/Thurs market better - more vendors.

I enjoy it, but am not sure what would make it ';worth a visit'; for you . . .
