Sirocco restaurant at lebua @ state

Hi i%26#39;m staying in lebua at state and want to book the sirocco restaurant i%26#39;ve heard mixed reviews printed out the menu and it looks fab but my main concern is price - can anyone tell me how much an average meal costs here and also i%26#39;ve heard a bottle of wine is about £50! How much is say a starter main course and a couple of drinks.

Any advise would be much appreciated

Price range for main course starts from 700 - 1600 Baht (1 pound = 63 Thai Baht)and wine could start from 3,500 Baht a bottle. I went there couples of time. The view and live music are fantastic. Hope you%26#39;ll enjot it

Hi joymanc

I have been to the rooftop area bar at Lebua at State and it was absolutely amazing.

I looked at the menu at the restaurant and thought it was a similar price to a good restaurant here in Perth, Western Australia.

Go for it! It will be an unforgettable experience and worth whatever you pay!

Any opionions which one is better, Moonbar at Vertigo, Banyan Tree Hotel or Sirocco. We are only interested in going to the bar for a few drinks. Is this possible at Sirocco as I know it is at Moonbar.

Thanks thats a great help gives me an idea of how much we%26#39;re looking at anyway - wine seems expensive - a few people on here have said cocktails might be best.

Anyone reccomend anywhere else i can go to eat as well for the remaining three nights i%26#39;m staying. Also i%26#39;ve heard you can get room service at the lebua and they cook you a meal in your room? this sounds brill! anyone know anything about it?

cheers
