just want to check if anyone have stayed at ibis sathorn on their non-cancel able non refundable hot deals rate? need to check on their rates terms %26amp; condition.

Hvent stayed at the Ibis Sathorn but have stayed at The Ibis Pattaya.

But like they say, if you have stayed at 1 Ibis, you%26#39;ve stayed at all of them. They are all the same, same decor, same room size etc.

The rooms are nice and clean (still new). Very nicely done actually as eventhough its a budget hotel, they didnt go cheap on the furnishings.

The Ibis Sathorn is on a side street. The street is a small doiuble lane soi and can get fairly busy during rush hour. Personally i dont like the location but for the price its ok.

thanks dragonc|Mmonkie, i booked their hot deals rate, but one of their t%26amp;c is a bit fishy... and i just read it after i confirm (d%26#39;oh!). strangely only this t%26amp;c only for Ibis Sathorn, not the other ones as i checked with dummy booking... anyway will just go ahead and see how it goes :-)

A tip - the road can get very busy with long jams. Walk up to the main road will probably quicker than sitting in a taxi. Turn left into the main road and Lumpini MRT station is about 200 meters along.

Near your hotel is a very nice rustic restaurant called Mali - good Thai and western food fairly cheaply. One of their regulars is the King of Sweden! Also closeby are the Oho Restaurant, and Om Yim Restaurant.

yes measured on google earth, is around 650m to Lumphini mrt from ibis.. same as my place to mrt here, thanks for nice food place recommendation :-D is there any spa nearby as well? cos health land sathorn is a bit further from ngam duphli?
