have been trying to figure out the best possible time and way to go to Pak Khlong Talat from sukhumvit soi 11.

Would say 5-6 a.m. be opportune time to go and can i be back by 7:30 to my hotel Le Fenix(sukhumvit soi 11).

What would be the best mode of transportation to get there.

Also is it true that the market is operational 24hrs? if so then what time of day is the best.

you%26#39;ll need to get a taxi to Memorial Bridge where this market is located. best time is just after midnight and/or 4-6 a.m. however you can still go after 7 a.m. but there is less choice.
