Ko Lanta/Krabi

Hi we are flying into krabi on sun the 26th, and are not too sure of where to go, Ko lanta or ko phi phi for a few days. We are looking to relax but nothing too quite. We will be staying on the west coast for about five nites. If anyone has any ideas it would be great, or recommend somewhere nice to stay mid market..

Why not do both, a couple of nights on Lanta and a couple on Phi Phi. Travel from Krabi by minivan to Lanta and then ferry to Phi Phi and ferry back to Krabi.

If rough seas whilst there you might have to limit yourself to Krabi and Lanta.

Yes, suggest you do both

you may start from Ao Nang beach which not far from Krabi airport and is a hub of activities(Island hopping is a must!). Then a ferry to Lanta and move further to Phi Phi. Later you can decide to go on to Phuket or get back to Krabi

Thanks guys, i think i will do both. A few nites in each. Would it be easier to get from phi phi to krabi or phukett to fly out off? We are headin then ko samui
